The ex-model, 26, will front Frock Me with designer pal Henry Holland.
The pair originally teamed up for a first stint of the show two years ago - then she moved to New York to try to crack America.
She initially had success with MTV’s It’s On With Alexa Chung - but it was axed after two series in December.
The new run of Frock Me with TK Maxx will launch on T4 next month with Alexa - who is dating Arctic Monkeys singer Alex Turner - fronting segments from New York, where she still lives.
Henry, who runs label House of Holland, will cover European stories while Radio 1’s Gemma Cairney will visit a different UK city every week.
